Our housing is on a dynamic decay system. It is around 3 months for IDOC. Once at the last phase where the house will drop, theres a 14 day span this can occur during.

Housing can be player placed in Termur, Felucca, Trammel, Malas, Shadowfell Fields, and Tokuno. Ilshenar housing can be placed for a fee by staff.

To place a house in Termur, you must first earn loyalty with the Gargoyle Queen. You must reach noble status to place a house.
