NPC Placement:

Beekeeper (30 Methgair Bars)

Animal trainer, Blacksmith, Weaponsmith, Cook, Tailor, Scribe, Alchemist, Bowyer, Carpenter, Tinker, Fisher (40 Methgair Bars)

House Merging:  1 million gold per plot merged to the base house.

House Moongate in House Gates Area:  500k gold, one time fee.

House placement:  250k-1 million** [must be in a location staff deems valid terrain and price may vary dependent on location]

Moving your house:  250k** [must be in a location staff deems valid terrain and price may vary dependent on location]

Sinking foundation or house levels:  250k per level per plot;  can sink as many levels as valid in the location house is in.

House Hueing:  500k per plot.

Personal Spawner:  Spawns 1 immortal creature of your choice, not tameable. 500k

Title:   200k for tile of choice.  Must be deemed appropriate by staff.

Corpse Recovery:  A few of you have asked about this.  We currently are not able to provide corpses back past a few hours prior.  Please make sure if you lose your corpse and want to get it recovered, it needs to be reported immediately.  Also keep in mind, we will not do corpse retrieval for you for free if it is caused by a server crash restart or downtime.  Unexpected issues happen.  With server restarts, we give calls in world chat announcing the restarts.  We usually try to do at the very least 5 minutes and 30 seconds before a restart, sometimes more if a lot of players are on and active.  The point is, we can't follow you all around and ensure that you read your journal and see the server restarts.  If you die and lose your corpse due to a restart, it's ultimately not on us that you didn't see the message.  We recommend changing your font color for the staff announcements in your journal to something that you know you will see.  In the case of a mass bug/issue, we may decide to go the route of a revert.  Also if there is an unexpected crash and we have to revert, this is something out of our hands and we can't be held responsible for the time, or items, you may lose.  We obviously always hope that we don't need to do this, but sometimes things are out of our hands.

Please make sure you INSURE or BLESS your items so you do not lose them! If you do so you will not need to worry about paying for corpse retrieval!  There will be a fee of 40 Methgair Bars to locate your corpse, then a fee of 1 Methgair Bar per item up to a maximum of 15. So therefore, if you wanted 15 items retrieved from your corpse it would cost you 55 Methgair bars. Please also note that only Asteria can recover your corpse.
