PVP: PVP is only allowed in PVP Arenas and Shadowfell Fields facet. Please keep in mind that this is an enter at your own risk situation. You can be killed and looted by other players in Shadowfell Fields. Staff will not be responsible for replacing items lost.

Character Names: character names are subject to change as staff sees fit. No duplicate names allowed, no explicit or inappropriate names. No strings of letters or numbers, please only use pronouncable names

Afk Macroing: Afk macroing is absolutely allowed as long as it is not to gain wealth or resources. We have a macro check system in place, it is added into bods, harvesting, and crafting systems. We will manually check/monitor players as we see necessary as well. If you are say, leveling a weapon and we pop up on you and think you are not there and you do not respond, this is a direct violation and you will be jailed. Skill macroing is acceptable.

Harassment: If we receive a complaint from a player, it will be investigated. Anything said in game or on the official discord channel for the server we have the ability to monitor. Anything said in the player run discord channel is out of our control.

Other Inappropriate Behavior: Something needing to be mentioned is the fact that our server is 18+ and we have tolerance for a small amount of cussing does not mean that you can speak inappropriately or say perverse offensive things to people. Please keep in mind that just because you CAN does not mean you SHOULD. If someone is offended by your behavior, we will consider it a harassment violation. Know who you are talking to, not everyone takes things the same way. Please refrain from obnoxious behavior/language in world chat. We don't mind if you occasionally cuss, but again we request restraint and please do not go overboard. If we feel this is an issue, it is something we will take out completely, so please be respectful and appreciate we are granting this liberty.

Accounts: We allow 1 account per person. We allow more than one account per IP for people who's spouse or family members want to join. Each account on the shard must only be used by its owner. If we find out you are using multiple accounts, you will be banned.

Inactive Accounts: We will delete inactive accounts after a period of inactivity of 3 months unless we are contacted prior, or during, the period of inactivity with a valid reason we deem fit to keep the account. Permanently banned accounts will be deleted immediately.

Housing: There is a housing limit of 5 houses per account currently. This is way more generous than most servers give. Additional house slots can be purchased in the Methgair Store. Housing decay is currently around 3 months, there is a period of 16 days where houses will drop. Houses blocking off pathways or in obtrusive areas can and WILL be deleted by staff. Please do not block pathways or relevant areas with your houses. There is TONS of free space on the server that you can utilize that does not intrude or block relevant areas. Please be courteous.

Yard Wand: Yard wands reach 10 tiles around your house. That being said, it is against the rules to block / cover any pathways or entrances etc. Items considered illegal placement by staff will be removed. Keep in mind if you choose to build your house in city limits (such as inside the limits of Luna) you are forfeiting having the space to utilize to decorate. There is lots of free space in areas with space around your house that you could decorate to your hearts content. By choosing to place a house somewhere where there isn't much space around you are willingly giving up the yard space.  If you place a house within 10 tiles of another players house the remaining space on that side of your house belongs to the original owner and you have forfeited your rights to it.

Languages: We welcome players from everywhere! That being said, we would appreciate it if in public chat and around the server in general if you could stick to speaking english only. You're welcome to private message with a friend or speak to them privately in a private place such a house or guildhouse in whatever language you wish. However, in a public setting please keep it to english only.

Spreading rumors about staff or staff player characters: All of our staff are welcome to have player accounts. Please keep in mind if for any reason you find out the identity of a staffer on their player toon, it is an offense to share that knowledge.  We will consider banning you for if you are intentionally spreading our identities around the server.  Basically, let us enjoy the game too.

Inappropriate language/behavior directed at staff: This one should be a given, but if you are harassing staff members you will be jailed for this. It is left up to our staff to decide whether someone or not deserves to be jailed. However, banning is only done by Perses or Asteria. If you are repeatedly an issue, we will decide whether or not you need to be banned.

Spam rules: We currently have a trade channel. We request that any and all selling of items or advertising be done in the trade channel. You can use [t to talk in this. We also have a marketplace section on the discord channel and on the forum. If you are repeatedly caught trying to advertise/sell in the regular world chat channel, we will jail you. We have all of the other options to advertise sales for this purpose. Use them. Also, keep advertising in the [t channel to once an hour. We also have a separate channel for calling champspawns. Use [champ to use this channel. Please only call champspawns in this channel, this way anyone bothered by it can turn it off. Same reasoning for the separate trade channel. View your options in [mail to turn these channels off if you choose.

Exploiting: This is particularly important since our server is very new. If you find a bug or an error or something does not seem right to you, REPORT IT. If we find that you are taking advantage of a bug or error, we may temporarily or permanently ban you.  The act of duping items on our server is strictly forbidden so if you suspect you have inadvertently duped something report it immediately.  Failure to do this will get you banned.

Heavy violations on account: As stated above, Perses and I will decide if your account is being repeatedly jailed whether or not we should temporarily or permanently ban you. Ultimately, the decision is up to the two of us as it is our server. If one of the 2 of us thinks you should be banned, you will be banned.
