WEAPON LEVELING

Any weapon that you can use in battle can be leveled by applying a Weapon Level Deed to it and then using it to fight.  This means that monsters slain by your pets will reward no experience, and that channeling will be needed  to effectively level with magic.  Each monster slain with the weapon will earn it experience and, eventually, levels.  Each level will reward the weapon with 3 points to spend on the following gump which is accessed by single clicking your weapon and selecting information.

The gump shows the Max levels available on the item (always 200), the total experience earned on it, the amount needed to progress to the next level, and the number of unspent points left on the weapon.  The quickest way to level a weapon is to aim for quantity of kills rather than toughness of individual spawn, keeping in mind that more experience is rewarded for monsters that use magery, are immune to poison, or have fire breath.  Dragons are a good choice, for example, but you may gain more from a large number of weaker spawn.
